The Academic Integrity Board is a group of students, faculty, and administrators who are committed to academic integrity and to raising the awareness of integrity issues at Case Western Reserve University. The Board conducts programs for both students and faculty to promote discussion about issues of integrity on campus. Our goal is to foster a campus environment where integrity is affirmed and celebrated by all members of the academic community.
The Graduate Student Council (GSC) is the governing body for all graduate students at CWRU. Representatives from each school come together to student organizations, host events, lobby the University, and so much more.
The Interfraternity Congress is the student run governing body of all of the fraternities at CWRU. It consists of the Executive Board, which consists of eight elected members, the president, and an IFC representative from each of the chapters on campus.
The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is comprised of exemplary residential CWRU students who value recognition and service and are committed to leadership and scholarship. Our aim is to promote recognition and service throughout our campus community, especially within the residential communities.
The Panhellenic Council is the unifying, governing and coordinating body of the sorority system. Panhellenic serves as the communication link between the sororities and the University administration. As the largest women's group on campus, the Panhellenic serves as a forum for Greek, campus, and residence life affairs.
RHA advocates for the residents of CWRU by facilitating communication between residents and university resources, provides leadership opportunities for students in all residential experiences, and hosts events such as Casino Night and Res Hall Rendezvous. Each of the eight Residential Communities on the CWRU campus is home to an RHA Community Council, which puts on location-specific programs, along with understanding and advocating for the individual needs of each community.
The Student Executive Council (SEC) is an umbrella organization comprised of two representatives from each of the seven major student organizations on campus: Class Officer Collective (COC), Interfraternity Congress (IFC), Panhellenic Council (PHC), Residence Hall Association (RHA), Undergraduate Diversity Collaborative (UDC), University Media Board (UMB), University Program Board (UPB), Undergraduate Student Government (USG).
The University Media Board (UMB) encourages responsible forums of student expression consistent with accepted ethical standards at Case Western Reserve University. The board acts as an umbrella for member organizations such as the Observer, WRUW, the Athenian, Ignite TV, and more.
UPB initiates and coordinates educational, cultural, and social activities for the University community. UPB is made up of several committees, each of which presents several events during the year. Our events range from purely entertainment to cultural and educational, and they involve the entire campus.
The Undergraduate Student Government prides itself on its tagline "Students First." Given a grant of power from Student Affairs, the USG is charged with representing student interests to the entire University and community. Additionally, the USG supports, guides, and provides funding for more than 200 student organizations recognized on campus.
