ESS Study Center
The ESS Study Center, located at 464 Sears Building, offers a comfortable learning space incorporating wireless computing and workspace flexibility to allow for customized workshops, small group activities, individual research and study. Printing is available for students through the Print2Sears printer and through a local printer for faculty and staff workshops. The Study Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and other times by appointment.
Its helpful staff is there to answer your questions about our systems. Although targeted toward undergraduate students, the Study Center is open to the entire CWRU campus community.
Laptops are available for use in the Study Center by anyone with a valid Case ID. Information about available applications and an FAQ can be found on the lab software page
ESS Study Center Services for Faculty, Staff, and Students
The Study Center can be reserved by faculty, staff and student groups for ESS workshops or for custom workshops and study groups. Also, you can stop in with or without your laptop and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere while studying.
ESS upholds the CWRU ethics policy and will report the duplication and/or distribution of copied software in violation of the copyright laws associated with that software. ESS and the Study Center enforce strict security rights.
