Guest Housing

The Summer Conference and Guest Housing Program at Case Western Reserve University begins on May 21 and ends August 5, 2017. Summer guest housing at Case offers a pleasant and affordable alternative for your summer housing needs. Housing is available in traditional residence halls, as well as The Village at 115 and The Triangle, which are both apartment-style facilities.

The North Residential Village facilities are located one and a half blocks north of Euclid Avenue, a main thoroughfare in Cleveland. Guest housing is also available in our South Residential Village traditional residence halls, located on Murray Hill Road and Carlton Road.

Single rooms are comfortably outfitted with beds, dressers, desks, chairs, and phones. Bed and shower linens are also available for a small fee.

Each floor in a traditional north campus residence hall offers a comfortable study or TV lounge. Rooms in The Village at 115 offer double beds and air conditioning, plus each unit includes a full kitchen, private bath, and shower. Rooms located in traditional south campus halls are arranged in suites of six single rooms. All rooms are comfortably outfitted with a twin bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair.

Our Guest Housing program provides guests with a wide range of amenities, including the convenience and security of being close to classrooms, libraries, laboratories, administrative offices, and other campus facilities.

Linen Service

Guests may elect to have linen service for a basic fee of $20.00 in the traditional residence halls and of $25.00 in The Village at 115. Linen service provides bed and bathroom linens, including sheets, blankets, pillow, pillow case, towels and washcloths. Guests may also provide their own linens.

Guests who elect to have linen service may opt to keep their linens for the duration of their stay or pay to have their linens exchanged on a scheduled basis. The linen program provides maximum flexibility so that you may determine the level of service you prefer. Guests may also launder their linens in the laundry rooms available in each residential facility.
