Interfaith dinner

Date: Wednesday, January 23, 2013

Martin Luther King said, "Science investigates; religion interprets. Science gives man knowledge, which is power; religion gives man wisdom, which is control. Science deals mainly with facts; religion deals mainly with values. The two are not rivals."

A student panel moderated by Shannon French, PhD, Inamori Professor of Ethics, will lead a discussion on how religious belief or non-belief affects our decisions and goals.

Free dinner provided. Chipolte!
Sponsored by the President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge and the Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence
