A moderate amount of stress is customary for most of us, including undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. However, when daily stress accumulates beyond your personal threshold, it can lead to a harmful state of chronic anxiety. Learn how to manage your stress in a healthy way using mindfulness meditation, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and group support. Identify your personal goals for wellness and stress-reduction, and use the group to keep you on track. This is a five-week group offered twice each semester.
