How to prepare for an interview

Your interview may be conducted by one or more supervisors in Thwing Center. You should be ready to talk about yourself and tell us why you believe you would make a good employee. If you have preferences, it will be helpful for you to have some knowledge of the Center. Take a walk through the building and become familiar with what happens in each area so you will better understand what position you are interested in applying for at Thwing Center.

After you are interviewed

After you have been interviewed, you will notified either orally or in writing whether or not you will be hired. If you are hired, we will train you formally before your actual employment begins. If you are interviewed and not hired, your application will be kept on file for future openings at Thwing Center.
