Talent Selection Process

Once your position is posted, your HR recruiter will be in contact with you. They will assist in any way they can in the recruitment and selection process. Some services provided by your recruiter include advertisement suggestions and placements, resume/phone screens, interview question development, benefits Q & As with the candidates, etc.

When you find the talent that you would like to hire, they will begin the pre-employment process with the candidate – this includes a background check, references, and degree verification. They will help determine the appropriate salary (taking internal equity and budget into account) and present the offer to the candidate. Please contact Student Affairs Operations - Finance if you need any assistance in establishing a salary for your candidate. When new talent has accepted the position, your recruiter will send out an offer letter. Please make sure an offer letter is sent to your HRA so she can assist you with the On-boarding Process.
