Before You Reserve Space in Thwing

Reservations are only processed Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. We do not process requests during weekends and holidays. Requests for space must be made at least three business days in advance.

TABLES AND CHAIRS loan is for recognized student organizations only:

  • (14) 4 ft. tables
  • (32) folding chairs
