Yellow fever is a viral disease that is transmitted between humans by mosquitoes. It only occurs in Africa and South America.

Yellow Fever Vaccine

Yellow fever vaccine is a live virus vaccine. A single dose will provide immunity for ten years or more.

Who should not receive the Yellow Fever Vaccine?
  • Infants under six months of age
  • Pregnant women
  • Those with allergy to eggs
  • Immunocompromised individuals
